Current welcome offer and important conditions

The official English welcome-page artwork shows 100% up to €100 plus 25 free spins and code BACANA. The terms below that artwork specify a €10 minimum first deposit and a €100 maximum bonus. Spins are for Book of Dead at €0.10 each, with Spinning Wilds named as an alternative. The policy says promotional amounts are credited in the account’s configured currency, but it does not publish a verified current ZAR maximum on this page. Do not convert the headline yourself and assume that amount is available.

The specific welcome offer’s 60x rule takes priority over the general bonus-policy default of 30x deposit plus bonus. A €100 credited bonus would therefore require €6,000 in qualifying slot wagers, with any spin winnings adding to the wagering base. This is turnover, not a guaranteed cost or return, and the balance can be lost before completion.

For other promotions, the general policy normally requires a €20-equivalent qualifying deposit unless an offer states otherwise. Bonus balances, withdrawals and other promotions

Real-money funds are used before bonus funds. A bet that uses both cash and bonus money has its winnings credited to the bonus balance. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active requires cancelling the entire bonus balance, including associated winnings. Reversing that withdrawal does not restore the cancelled bonus. Check the effect before requesting either action.

Standard bonuses generally count slots and scratch games, with separate contribution rules for mixed-wagering offers and crash games. The welcome promotion is more specific: it says only slots count. Check each game’s information card to see whether bonus play is available. Low-risk or hedged betting and other irregular-play patterns can cause bonus/winnings removal.

Currencies accepted: ZAR and the wider published list

Section 13 of the international account terms lists these currencies for deposit, withdrawal or play. This is the policy list, not proof that every currency is offered to every country or that residents of the currency’s home country can play.

The default currency is assigned from the operator’s assessment of registration location. The terms say there is no normal currency-change facility, but a first deposit in another supported currency can update the account currency. Confirm how this works before the first payment, particularly if you want a ZAR balance and your bank account uses rand.

The generic minimum-limit clause also mentions NZD, while the bonus-point tables mention THB and INR; those references do not establish a complete current selectable currency menu. We have removed unsupported extra currency entries from the review’s main list. No current crypto-wallet or coin/network menu was confirmed on the public pages checked, so this is not presented as a verified crypto casino. Bank or processor conversion charges may still apply when payment and account currencies differ.

Deposit methods and payment availability

The public payment logos show Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Payz, Paysafecard, Jeton, MuchBetter and Apple Pay. The account terms additionally name bank transfers, Neteller, Trustly and Interac, among other methods. The cashier is the final check for your residence, currency, limits and payout route; an international logo does not prove a method is available to a South African account.

Use a payment source in your own name. The terms permit identity and funding-source checks and can restrict an account if the payment details do not match. The default ZAR minimum deposit is R100 unless a relevant page specifies otherwise. Method-specific minimums, maximums, daily limits and fees can differ, and the minimum for a promotion may differ from the minimum for an ordinary deposit.

Most deposits are credited after successful processor confirmation, with wire transfers excepted. The help page says some payments can take up to three days or be returned to the bank/wallet. Do not immediately repeat a payment if the bank has debited you but the casino balance has not updated; retain the transaction reference and ask support to trace it. The public pages checked do not establish one universal deposit-fee promise for all routes.

Withdrawal limits, timing and charges

The default ZAR minimum withdrawal is R200. The general terms publish a maximum of €5,000 per transaction and €10,000 every 30 days, with larger winnings paid in €10,000 monthly instalments. Confirm the applicable ZAR equivalent and any method limits; the old R100,000 monthly figure is no longer presented as the current rule. Wins of €5,000 or more and jackpots may take longer to verify.

Processing approval and arrival in a bank or wallet are separate stages. The checked current pages do not support the old blanket “e-wallets within 24 hours, cards in 2–7 days, banks in 3–7 days” timetable for every account. Additional documents, weekends, banking restrictions and the original payment route can extend delivery.

Withdrawals normally return to the deposit method where possible. If that method cannot receive money, an alternative may be required; the help page explains that some accounts may see only wire transfer as a withdrawal option. Submit requests in the cashier, rather than by email or telephone. A pending withdrawal can be cancelled before it is fully processed, but returned funds are then available to lose through further gambling.

Operator, licence and account verification

The international site identifies Skill On Net Limited, Office 1/5297 Level G, Quantum House, 75 Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1120, Malta, under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/171/2009/01, issued 1 August 2018. The general marketing copy refers to the group’s wider regulatory footprint, but this review does not treat that as proof of a UK licence for the international offer. The checked international terms expressly restrict UK and US residents, along with numerous other countries.

Accounts unused for six consecutive months may incur monthly inactivity charges; the policy lists R50 for ZAR, deducted only from an available balance and subject to the stated notification process. Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly. Reductions apply immediately, while increases have a 24-hour delay. Player limitations range from 24 hours to indefinite and may apply to one account or all accounts under the licence, depending on the choice made.
