Nomini India: Promotion Suspended
Topboss Group no longer promotes Nomini for real-money play in India. India’s Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology states that the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 came into force on 1 May 2026 and prohibits online money games. This India-specific listing is therefore suspended.
Nomini’s international website remains active. This update concerns the Indian promotion on this page and does not describe the worldwide casino as closed. The former rupee bonus cards and deposit recommendations are no longer displayed.
Why This India Review Has Changed
The Ministry’s July 2026 advisory explains that the prohibition covers offering online money games and related advertising and payment facilitation. It also refers to services operating from outside India. An offshore casino’s availability on the web does not create an exemption.
The former article promoted rupee deposits, seven welcome choices and Indian banking routes. Those descriptions no longer provide an appropriate basis for promoting real-money play in India. Our India casino information page should be read with the current regulatory position in mind.
