Chance Interactive Ratings

Our review team has rated Chance Interactive Casino Games on the categories below and Chance Interactive scores a good 73% ratings overall.

From Chance Interactive to ReelPlay

Chance Interactive is the former name of ReelPlay, an Australian casino game developer. The business began in 2014 and rebranded in 2019. Its history therefore extends beyond the small collection of slots that appeared under its original name.

This guide explains the name change, the studio’s distribution history and its later slot features. If you encounter the older branding in a casino lobby or game directory, it helps to understand how the two names connect.

Name change: Chance Interactive became ReelPlay in 2019. Older game listings may still use the original name. A legacy listing does not represent the developer’s complete modern catalogue.

Studio Background

Relax Gaming’s supplier profile identifies the business as a privately held studio based in Sydney, Australia. Alongside its own digital gaming content, the company offers development services to other studios.

Those services include game builds, mathematical models, integration, marketing and commercial support. This means its work can extend beyond games that carry its own branding.

The studio develops content for casino operators rather than running a player-facing casino. For an explanation of the different formats operators offer, see our guide to casino games.

Distribution History and Partnerships

A May 2017 announcement from NYX Gaming Group named Chance Interactive as an early adopter of NextGen’s ARC technology. ARC supported third-party game integration and delivery through NYX’s Open Gaming System and other platforms.

This establishes a historical connection with NextGen Gaming. It does not establish that every game still follows the same distribution route today.

In August 2019, Relax Gaming announced a partnership with the newly named ReelPlay. The announcement included Dragon 50,000, Hypernova Megaways and Buster Hammer Carnival.

The companies expanded their agreement in 2020 to cover selected third-party studio content. In September 2024, Relax announced that ReelPlay would join its Silver Bullet programme.

More recently, a June 2026 announcement named ReelPlay as the first partner for RLX Gaming’s US aggregation service. The planned rollout would begin in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

For related industry background, our profiles cover Lightning Box and WMS and Light & Wonder. These are separate profiles, rather than confirmation of current partnerships with this studio.

Games and Notable Features

The modern ReelPlay portfolio goes beyond conventional five-reel slots. Its releases include Megaways games, Infinity Reels titles and the 10K WAYS series.

Infinity Reels can add further reels during qualifying sequences, with increasing multipliers. The exact trigger, continuation rules and payout limits depend on the title.

Examples documented by Relax Gaming include:

  • Hypernova Megaways: A ReelPlay title included in the companies’ early distribution partnership.
  • El Dorado Infinity Reels: A game associated with the introduction of the Infinity Reels mechanic.
  • Thor Infinity Reels: A Norse-themed slot combining expanding reels with jackpot respin features.
  • Hypernova Infinity Reels Dream Drop: A title incorporating linked progressive jackpots.
  • Tsai Shen 10K Ways Dream Drop: Another ReelPlay release identified in Relax Gaming’s jackpot coverage.

Do not assume all titles share the same layout, volatility or bonus features. Read each game’s information screen before playing.

Catalogue Size and RTP

Our previous profile described a catalogue of five to seven slots. That figure does not accurately describe the business after its rebrand.

By September 2024, Relax Gaming reported more than 70 collaborative releases with ReelPlay. This is a dated partnership figure, not a complete count of the studio’s current original games.

Likewise, there is no verified studio-wide RTP of 95% to apply across every release. Check the return to player shown inside the particular game you open.

RTP describes a theoretical average over extensive play. It does not predict what you will receive during a session. Different versions or configurations may also have different returns.

Progressive Jackpots

Selected ReelPlay games include Relax Gaming’s Dream Drop jackpots. For example, Hypernova Infinity Reels Dream Drop offers five levels of linked progressive jackpots.

However, this feature does not apply to every game from the studio. A fixed jackpot prize or a jackpot-themed bonus is also not automatically a progressive jackpot.

Check the title’s rules for eligibility, qualifying bets and how the jackpot feature works.

Finding Games at Online Casinos

Search casino lobbies under both Chance Interactive and ReelPlay. Older provider filters may retain the original branding, while newer games may appear under ReelPlay or a distribution partner.

The casino and slot lists on this page provide starting points for further research. A listing does not guarantee that every associated title remains available in your country.

Confirm the game in the casino’s current lobby. For mobile play, check that the title loads correctly on your device and that its rules remain readable.

The casino operator controls your account, payment methods, bonuses and withdrawals. The game developer’s reputation does not replace checks on the operator itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happened to Chance Interactive?

The business rebranded to ReelPlay in 2019. The old name remains visible in some historical articles and game listings.

Did the name change mean the studio closed?

No. Relax Gaming documents the rebrand and later partnerships, including an announcement in June 2026.

Does the developer still have only seven games?

The old five-to-seven-game figure does not describe the later ReelPlay portfolio. We do not present an unverified current total.

Are progressive jackpots available?

Yes, in selected ReelPlay Dream Drop games. Check the individual title because jackpot features differ.

Do all games have the same RTP?

No single verified RTP applies across the entire portfolio. Use the figure shown in the game’s own information screen.
