The long-running bingo brand has closed after almost three decades online.

Important Update: CyberBingo Has ClosedCyberBingo is no longer operating as the online bingo site reviewed on this page. Its former website now redirects visitors to a BetOnline casino promotion rather than opening the original CyberBingo bingo room.

The later operator, Palau Holdings N.V., also had its Curaçao B2C licence revoked at the operator’s request on 12 February 2026.

Topboss Group Status: Closed. The bonuses, games, banking methods and promotions discussed below are retained for historical reference only and are no longer available from CyberBingo.

CyberBingo was one of the longest-running names in online bingo. The brand traced its history back to 1996 and was promoted by its original software group, VistaGaming, as the world’s first online bingo site.

For almost three decades, CyberBingo catered particularly strongly to US players and became known for large bingo bonuses, multiple bingo rooms, tournaments, progressive jackpots, casino side games and its unusual Custom Cards feature.

That lengthy history makes the closure worth documenting properly. Rather than deleting our old review, we have updated it to explain what happened while retaining useful information about the bingo site during its operating years.

What Happened to CyberBingo?

CyberBingo is no longer functioning as an online bingo operator.

When we revisited the brand in September 2026, the CyberBingo domain no longer loaded the bingo site. Instead, visitors were redirected to a BetOnline casino promotion.

That is a significant change. A redirect to another gambling business is not the same thing as CyberBingo continuing under a new design or ownership structure.

The regulatory history also supports the conclusion that the old operation has ended. Palau Holdings N.V., which was associated with CyberBingo and other former VistaGaming brands, held Curaçao B2C licence OGL/2024/197/0481. That licence was revoked on 12 February 2026 at the request of the operator.

We have not found a first-party announcement giving an exact final closure date for CyberBingo itself. For that reason, we are not going to invent one.

What can be verified is that the former bingo site is gone, its domain redirects elsewhere, and the later operator’s licence is no longer active.

CyberBingo’s Long History

CyberBingo had one of the longest histories of any internet bingo brand. Historical VistaGaming material described it as operating since 1996 and promoted it as the world’s first online bingo site.

VistaGaming itself was the trade name of The CB Malta Corporation Ltd during an earlier period in the company’s history. The group developed proprietary bingo and casino software while also operating its own gambling websites.

This meant CyberBingo was not simply a bingo room using an unrelated third-party platform. It was one of the flagship brands of a group that had its own bingo technology and extensive experience running gaming sites.

Over the years, CyberBingo became particularly associated with the American market. It featured prominently in our USA online bingo coverage because it accepted US players for much of its operating life.

Who Owned CyberBingo?

The corporate structure changed over the brand’s long history.

Early CyberBingo operations were closely linked to VistaGaming and The CB Malta Corporation Ltd. VistaGaming used CyberBingo as one of the flagship examples of its proprietary bingo technology and international gaming network.

In later years, CyberBingo became associated with Palau Holdings N.V. in Curaçao. Palau Holdings also appeared in connection with other former VistaGaming brands.

There is evidence that Palau Holdings continued trying to protect the CyberBingo brand relatively late in its life. The company filed a US trademark application for CYBERBINGO in April 2023 covering online bingo, casino games, slots and table games. That trademark application was subsequently abandoned in October 2024 after the required response was not filed.

The trademark history alone does not prove when the gambling site closed, but it does show that Palau Holdings was still associated with the CyberBingo name during this later period.

CyberBingo Licensing

The licensing structure also changed during CyberBingo’s long operating history.

The original VistaGaming business had historic links with Malta regulation, but the later CyberBingo operation was associated with Palau Holdings N.V. in Curaçao.

Palau Holdings received Curaçao B2C licence OGL/2024/197/0481. The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence register later recorded that authorisation as revoked at the operator’s request on 12 February 2026.

Licensing Update

Palau Holdings N.V.’s Curaçao licence is no longer active. We therefore do not present CyberBingo as a currently licensed bingo operator.

CyberBingo Welcome Bonus

CyberBingo was well known for aggressive bingo promotions.

At the time of our previous review, new customers were offered $25 in Bingo Bonus plus 10 Free Spins when registering. The site also advertised a multi-deposit welcome package.

Historical CyberBingo Welcome Package

Registration offer: $25 Bingo Bonus + 10 Free Spins
First deposit: 500% Match Bonus
Second deposit: 600% Match Bonus
Third deposit: 400% Match Bonus

These promotions have expired and can no longer be claimed.

We are keeping the figures because they formed an important part of the original CyberBingo review. However, they should now be regarded only as a historical record of what the bingo site offered.

Players should not follow an old CyberBingo bonus advertisement expecting to receive these promotions today.

CyberBingo Bingo Games

Bingo was naturally the main attraction.

During its operating years, CyberBingo offered several bingo formats including 30-ball, 75-ball, 80-ball and 90-ball games. This allowed it to appeal to both American players, who traditionally favour 75-ball bingo, and players familiar with the 90-ball format commonly found in the UK and Europe.

Our previous review recorded nine different bingo games spread across eight bingo rooms, with progressive jackpots available in the rooms.

The platform was designed to make online bingo feel more interactive than simply watching numbers appear on a screen. Players could move between rooms, take part in tournaments, use the chat functions and participate in themed promotions.

75-Ball Bingo

75-ball bingo was one of the most important formats because of CyberBingo’s strong US player base.

The game uses a five-by-five card with the letters B-I-N-G-O across the top. Numbers are called until a player completes the required pattern.

Patterns can vary significantly, which gives 75-ball bingo more variety than a simple one-line game. CyberBingo regularly used different patterns and room-specific promotions to keep sessions varied.

90-Ball Bingo

CyberBingo also offered 90-ball bingo. This version normally awards prizes for completing one line, two lines and a full house.

The inclusion of both 75 and 90-ball formats was useful for an international site because players from different countries often have very different bingo preferences.

30-Ball and 80-Ball Bingo

Faster alternatives included 30-ball games, which use fewer numbers and generally finish much more quickly.

80-ball bingo sat between the traditional American and British formats and was another option for players looking for something different.

CyberBingo Custom Cards

One of CyberBingo’s more unusual features was the ability for players to create personalised bingo cards.

Players could select their own lucky numbers and create Custom Cards. Our old review recorded that the first Custom Card was free, after which players could pay a monthly fee and create several personalised cards.

The feature did not alter the random way bingo numbers were drawn, but it gave regular players a way to use numbers that had personal significance to them.

It was the type of small feature that helped CyberBingo distinguish itself during an era when many bingo websites offered very similar game rooms.

Bingo Tournaments

Tournaments and scheduled events were a large part of the old CyberBingo experience.

Over the years, promotions included Bingolicious tournaments, Fantasy Bingo tournaments, Speedie Bingo, Catapult Bingo, Roller Coaster Bingo, Bungee Bingo and special events in the USA and Seasonal rooms.

Some tournaments awarded cash prizes while others used bingo credits or points.

CyberBingo was still publishing new tournament material relatively late in its operating life. Indexed pages from the former site included daily bingo tournament promotions that ran across multiple bingo rooms.

These tournaments are no longer available now that the original bingo site has closed.

Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpots were another attraction.

Our previous review recorded progressive prizes across CyberBingo’s bingo rooms, with jackpot totals increasing as players participated.

This gave regular bingo sessions an additional prize layer beyond the standard room payout.

CyberBingo also offered progressive casino side games, giving players something to play between bingo sessions.

Slots at CyberBingo

Although bingo was the focus, CyberBingo gradually developed into a broader gambling site with a substantial casino section.

The slots lobby historically included conventional 3-reel games, 5-reel video slots, themed slots and progressive jackpot games.

Our old review listed titles including Puppy Love Plus2, Lucky Leprechaun, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde and The Slotfather II.

Progressive slots listed at the time included Fairy Nights, Greek Myths and Winds of Arabia.

These titles should now be regarded as part of the former casino catalogue rather than as games currently available through CyberBingo.

CyberBingo Software

The core bingo operation was historically connected with proprietary VistaGaming technology.

VistaGaming developed bingo software alongside slots, table games, video poker and other casino products. This allowed CyberBingo to grow from a specialised bingo room into a more complete online gambling site.

Over the years, the wider VistaGaming network also worked with external gaming suppliers. However, because the original CyberBingo site is no longer available for inspection, we are not going to publish a long 2026 provider list copied from third-party review sites.

The software information on this page therefore reflects the historical operation rather than pretending that old provider relationships remain current.

Video Poker

CyberBingo also offered a sizeable video poker lobby.

Our former review recorded more than 30 video poker games, including single-hand, four-hand and ten-hand variations.

Games included Tens or Better, Double Joker Poker Deluxe and Jacks or Better.

Video poker was useful for players wanting something more strategic than bingo or slots while remaining within the same account.

Table Games

The casino section also featured traditional table games.

CyberBingo historically offered around a dozen table-game titles including blackjack, baccarat and roulette.

Blackjack Bare All, Baccarat, American Roulette and French Roulette were among the games available when we reviewed the site.

The table-game section was relatively small compared with a dedicated online casino, but it helped turn CyberBingo into more of an all-round gambling destination.

Keno and Scratch Cards

Players looking for shorter games could also use the speciality section.

This included keno and scratch-card style games such as Candy Keno, Cavalier Cash and Tiki Treasure.

Again, none of these games should now be advertised as available at CyberBingo.

CyberBingo Loyalty Programme

Regular players were rewarded through a points-based loyalty structure.

Our old review recorded that players earned loyalty points when depositing, while bingo-card purchases also generated Bingo Points.

Points could be redeemed for bonuses and other rewards, while additional drawings and prizes were offered to active players.

The structure was particularly suited to bingo because regular players might buy a large number of relatively inexpensive cards during a session.

VIP Cashback

CyberBingo also operated a VIP system.

Later promotions offered monthly cashback to qualifying VIP players, with cashback percentages linked to the player’s VIP tier.

As with all former CyberBingo rewards, the programme ended with the original operation and should not be treated as current.

Historical CyberBingo Payment Methods

The banking options changed significantly during CyberBingo’s long life.

Payment methods appearing on our earlier page at different times included:

  • American Express
  • Bank Transfer
  • Bank Wire
  • Bitcoin
  • EcoPayz
  • Maestro
  • Neteller
  • PaySafeCard
  • Skrill
  • Credit and debit cards

Older versions of the page also contained services such as Ukash and iPoint that subsequently disappeared from mainstream online gambling banking.

There is no longer an active CyberBingo cashier, so none of these should be interpreted as current deposit or withdrawal options.

CyberBingo and Bitcoin

Bitcoin became part of the payment mix during the later years of the site.

The operator also ran cryptocurrency-related promotions, including free-spin offers connected with Bitcoin deposits.

This was part of a wider move by older gambling brands to add cryptocurrency alongside conventional payment methods.

It did not turn CyberBingo into a crypto-only gambling site. USD remained central to the experience described in our former review.

CyberBingo on Mobile

CyberBingo adapted to mobile play as smartphones became increasingly important.

The site did not rely on a dedicated app in the version we reviewed. Instead, players could use a mobile-optimised browser interface across compatible smartphones and tablets.

The mobile bingo product supported card purchases, game-room access and auto-daub features. Players could also access account functions such as deposits, withdrawals and customer support.

This was an important transition for a brand that had originally launched long before smartphones existed.

Auto-Daub and Online Bingo

One of the advantages of online bingo is that players do not physically need to mark every called number.

CyberBingo offered auto-daub, allowing the software to automatically mark matching numbers on purchased cards.

This made it easier to play several cards simultaneously without worrying about missing a number.

Auto-daub became standard across online bingo, but it was an important usability feature for regular CyberBingo players.

CyberBingo Customer Support

During its active years, CyberBingo promoted 24/7 customer support.

The old site provided live chat as the fastest contact method and also used email support. Our former review quoted an expected email response time of approximately 30 minutes.

Those support details relate to the historic bingo operation.

Former players should not assume that old CyberBingo contact details remain monitored now that the original website has closed and the domain redirects elsewhere.

What Should Former CyberBingo Players Do?

If you previously held an account and still have an unresolved matter, keep any emails, transaction records, screenshots and withdrawal correspondence from the original operation.

We have not found a current first-party CyberBingo claims process that we can confidently recommend.

It is also important not to assume that the website reached through the former CyberBingo domain now has access to old player accounts. The current redirect leads to a different gambling destination.

Former login credentials should therefore not automatically be entered into an unrelated site simply because you reached it through an old bookmark.

Has CyberBingo Rebranded?

We have found no evidence that the old CyberBingo bingo room simply changed its name and continued operating as another bingo brand.

The main domain now redirects to a BetOnline casino promotion. That is different from a transparent migration where players are told that their existing balances and accounts have been transferred to a named successor operator.

Unless reliable first-party information emerges showing that CyberBingo accounts were formally migrated elsewhere, Topboss Group will continue to classify the original CyberBingo operation as closed.

Is CyberBingo Coming Back?

There is currently no evidence of a CyberBingo relaunch.

The brand certainly has historical value because of its unusually long operating history. That means somebody could theoretically revive the name in future.

If that happens, we would expect to see a functioning bingo site, identifiable ownership, current gambling licensing, updated terms and an active player account system before changing the status of this page.

Until then, CyberBingo remains closed.

Alternatives to CyberBingo

If you enjoyed CyberBingo, there are still active bingo sites worth considering. Availability varies by country, so always check whether a bingo room accepts players from your location before registering.

Jet Bingo

Jet Bingo is another long-running online bingo room with bingo games alongside slots and other casino content. It is particularly suited to players who like a traditional bingo-room format combined with casino side games.

Bingo Barmy

Bingo Barmy offers online bingo alongside casino games and promotions. It is another option for players who enjoyed the mixture of bingo and additional gaming that CyberBingo provided.

Ted Bingo

Ted Bingo focuses on 75-ball and 90-ball bingo and also offers casino side games. It is primarily relevant to players in supported markets rather than being a direct replacement for CyberBingo’s old US-facing operation.

Why We Are Keeping This Review

CyberBingo operated for too long to simply delete the page when it closed.

Players may still find old CyberBingo bonus advertisements, reviews, screenshots and historical casino listings in search results. Without an updated page, those could give the impression that the bingo site is still taking registrations.

The page is also useful from an industry-history perspective. A gambling site that operated from the earliest days of commercial internet gaming through the smartphone and cryptocurrency eras provides an unusually long view of how online bingo developed.

Keeping the review allows us to preserve that history while making the current status unmistakable.

Our Final CyberBingo Verdict

Topboss Group Status: Closed

CyberBingo no longer operates as the historic online bingo site reviewed by Topboss Group. Its former domain redirects elsewhere, and Palau Holdings N.V.’s later Curaçao B2C licence was revoked at the operator’s request in February 2026.

CyberBingo had an extraordinary run by online gambling standards. From its origins in 1996, it developed into one of the best-known US-facing online bingo brands, offering several bingo formats, tournaments, custom cards, progressive prizes and a wider casino lobby.

Its longevity is worth recognising, but the current situation is clear. The bingo room is no longer operating, the former welcome bonuses are expired, its old banking and support information is historical, and players can no longer open a normal CyberBingo account through the original site.

For that reason, CyberBingo should now be treated as a closed bingo brand and retained on Topboss Group as a historical review rather than an active recommendation.
