1. Nevada

3. Montana

5. Oklahoma

The lawmakers first gave their approval for the casinos’ construction in 2003. Pari-mutuel horse race betting was permitted in Oklahoma in 1982. Along with charitable bingo and raffles in 1992, and the lottery in 2004. There are more than 110 casinos in the state. Online gaming is currently illegal in Oklahoma. In order to make sports betting legal, Oklahoma adjusted its gaming laws in 2018.

The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services is primarily in charge of providing citizens with rehabilitation options and counselling services.
