Realistic is a private online casino software development company founded in 2002. Collectively, however, they draw on decades of experience in the iGaming Industry. Their first forays through third party platform providers saw them release some 6+ games between 2005 and 2009, and among their customers were Ladbrokes, SportingBet and Bet365.
In 2008 they branched out on their own, and their team spent two years developing the Realistic Games Library or ReGal. In 2013 they launched their phone, tablet and desktop content with high profile clients. These included PaddyPower, William Hill, Betfair, NYX and BetFred, to mention a few.
By February 2014, they had their own iGaming license issued by the Gibraltar Gaming Commission, where their offices are based. Their big breakthrough occurred in 2017 when they were amongst the first to produce HTML5 mobile content with the launch of several high-quality tables and slot games, and they have not looked back since. They may not be the most prominent software developer, but their games are as good as any produced by the giant Microgaming, and they include many unique features.
