Things have changed since. Topboss Group has now suspended Betroom 24, and we no longer recommend the casino. This page explains why, looks back at what Betroom 24 offered and shares a few lessons for players.
Why Betroom 24 Was Suspended
To keep our reviews accurate, we need regular contact with each casino we list. That way, we can check bonuses and terms before we share them.
With Betroom 24, that contact stopped. Our emails went unanswered, and we lost access to the casino’s affiliate programme. As a result, we can no longer confirm its current offers, so we’ve suspended the listing.

Crypto Cashback and No-KYC Play
One of Betroom 24’s big selling points was its offer for crypto players. At the time, it gave 10% cashback on crypto deposits. It also said crypto players didn’t need to complete KYC checks to deposit or withdraw.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It’s the process where a casino checks your ID and address. Many players find it a hassle, so skipping it sounded appealing.
However, there’s another side to it. KYC checks help protect players from fraud and stop underage gambling. In addition, many regulators now expect casinos to verify players, even when they use crypto. A casino can also change its rules and ask for documents later, often just as you try to withdraw.

Cashback offers like this return part of your losses as bonus money or cash. They can soften a losing session. Still, the details matter. Before claiming any cashback deal, check whether the returned funds carry wagering and whether there’s a cap on what you can win.
Withdrawals: What Was Promised
At launch, Betroom 24 promoted fast payouts. It said e-wallet withdrawals were instant, while card withdrawals took one to three days. It also claimed crypto players had no deposit or withdrawal limits.
That last point didn’t match every source, however. Our main 2020 review listed withdrawal limits of $5,000 per week and $20,000 per month. In other words, the casino’s terms at the time may have been stricter than its marketing suggested.
