Kaya Casino South Africa Review: Blacklisted
Why we blacklisted this casino and where to play instead
Kaya Casino South Africa Is Blacklisted
Kaya Casino South Africa is on the Topboss Group blacklist. We placed it there on 10 April 2020. At the time, we had received reports that the casino was not paying its advertisers or its players.
We do not work with casinos that fail to pay. We also cannot recommend them to players in good conscience. Our advice is simple: do not deposit at Kaya Casino.
This page stays online so players can see why we took that step. It also points you to safer options.

Why We Blacklisted Kaya Casino
Our blacklist exists to protect players. We add a casino when we receive credible reports of serious problems. Non-payment is the most serious problem of all.
In April 2020, we heard that Kaya Casino was not paying its advertisers. Players were also reporting unpaid winnings. We acted on those reports and removed our support.
We want to be fair here. The reports came to us from several directions, and we could not audit the casino’s accounts. We are describing what we received and what we decided. We are not making a legal finding.
The decision stands. A casino that does not pay is a risk for every player, whatever its games look like.
What We Could Not Verify
When we rechecked this page, we could not open the Kaya Casino website. We therefore cannot say whether the casino is still trading, closed or renamed.
We also cannot check the licence. Our earlier review said the casino held a Curaçao licence. We have no way to confirm that today.
Because of these gaps, we have removed the old bonus, banking and promotion details from this page. They may no longer be true. Using them could mislead you.
What Our Earlier Review Said
We think it helps to record what the casino offered, as a matter of history. This is background only, and none of it is a recommendation.
- Software: RealTime Gaming, often shortened to RTG.
- Games: more than 200, including slots, table games and video poker.
- Bonus: a R500 no deposit offer for new players, which we cannot verify today.
- Banking: Rand deposits, including EasyEFT, which we cannot verify today.
- Support: live chat and email, as described at the time.
Our earlier review also listed South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and India as accepted countries. We cannot confirm that list now. Restrictions change often.
Why a No Deposit Bonus Is Not Enough
A free bonus can look very attractive. It costs you nothing to claim. Still, it tells you very little about how a casino treats winnings.
The real test comes at withdrawal. A trustworthy casino pays on time and explains any delay. A rogue casino finds reasons to refuse or to stall.
Therefore judge a casino on its payout record, not on its welcome offer. Our guide to casino bonus terms explains the rules that matter most.
Red Flags to Watch For
Players can spot many problems early. Look for these warning signs before you deposit.
- Slow or missing withdrawals: delays with no clear reason.
- Vague terms: rules that change or cannot be found.
- No clear licence: a regulator that you cannot check.
- Poor support: chat or email that goes unanswered.
- Pressure to deposit more: offers that push you to top up before cashing out.
One warning sign is not proof of a scam. Several together should make you stop. Our casino safety guide explains what to check in more detail.
If You Already Have Money at Kaya Casino
Some players may still have a balance or a pending withdrawal. In that case, stay calm and keep records. Do not deposit more money to try to unlock a withdrawal.
- Save everything: keep emails, chat logs, screenshots and transaction details.
- Contact support in writing: ask for a clear answer and a date.
- Check the licence: find out which body oversees the casino, if you can.
- Contact your bank: ask whether a card payment can be disputed.
- Escalate the complaint: follow the steps in our casino complaints guide.
We cannot recover funds for you. We can only point you to the usual routes. Results vary, and some cases cannot be resolved.
Better Options for South African Players
If you are looking for a place to play, start with casinos that we currently review. Check each page for its latest status before you sign up.
Our Silversands Deluxe Casino review and our LekkerBets review are good places to begin. LekkerBets combines a casino with a sportsbook. If you mainly want to bet on sport, see our Betfred South Africa review.
You can also browse our list of South African RTG casinos if you like that software.
What Blacklisting Means at Topboss Group
A blacklisted casino is one that we will not promote or recommend. We remove it from our active casino lists. We also stop working with it.
The label is not given lightly. It follows reports that we take seriously and cannot ignore. We keep the page online so that players searching for the casino find a clear warning.
If a casino fixes its problems and proves it, we would review its status again. Until then, the warning stays in place.
A blacklist is also a signal to the wider player community. Players who read it can avoid a loss before it happens. That is the main reason we publish these warnings.
Where to Check a Casino Before You Join
A few minutes of research can prevent a long dispute. Start with the casino’s own website. Look for the licence details, the terms and the contact information.
Next, read recent feedback from other players. Pay attention to reports about withdrawals. One angry review means little, but a pattern deserves your attention.
Finally, check our own pages. Our reviews carry a clear status. Our gambling glossary explains wagering, RTP and verification in plain English.
How We Choose Which Casinos to Recommend
We look at licensing, payment speed, game quality, support and fairness. We also read the terms. Bonus rules often hide the details that matter.
We update our reviews when we learn something new. If a casino stops paying, we change its status and warn players. That is what happened here.
Our recommendations are not guarantees. Any casino can change over time. Stay alert, and check recent player feedback before you deposit.
Tips for Staying Safe Online
A few habits protect you at any casino.
- Start small: make a modest first deposit.
- Test a withdrawal early: cash out a small win to see how fast it arrives.
- Complete verification: do it early so that payouts are not delayed.
- Keep records: save your emails and transaction receipts.
- Set limits: decide your budget before you play.
These steps take little time and can save a lot of trouble.

Hi Natasha and Kirsty, We are sorry to hear you have also not received your winnings. We cannot speak for askgamblers.com as they are not connected to us, therefore we don’t know if they have made contact with Kaya Casino. However, we have sent Kaya numerous emails in view of complaints received and they have ignored all correspondence.
Further investigations with the Curaçao eGaming Commission reveals that Kaya Casino has now been suspended from all operations. In view of this, it is unfortunately highly unlikely that players will receive their winnings.
I am also waiting for two withdrawals that are a couple of months old. I kept getting told it was being processed…. but nothing. Is there anyone who follows these up (like askgamblers.com) and will I not get my money now.???.
Hi Lyndol
Thank You for your feedback and you will see that we have in fact now Blacklisted Kaya Casino as it has been brought to our attention that they are not paying their players nor their advertisers.

Why on earth are you promoting this Rogue, scam, ponzi scheme casino? They are underhanded, they lie and never pay you out. They offer huge bonuses to attract customers and then when you win they don’t pay. Seems their website has gone bang. It doesn’t even work. Stay far away people. Don’t give them a cent of your money. Kaya casino should be blacklisted.
