VistaGaming Status Update 2026VistaGaming can no longer be independently verified as an active standalone casino software provider. Its former official website, VistaGaming.com, now redirects to a domain-for-sale page, while the old VistaGaming Affiliates website has been repurposed as a general B2B iGaming news and guides site.

Several of the network’s former casino and bingo brands have also closed, redirected or disappeared. In addition, the Curaçao B2C licence held by Palau Holdings N.V., which operated several later VistaGaming-associated brands, was revoked at the operator’s own request on 12 February 2026.

We therefore classify VistaGaming as a legacy/historical provider rather than a currently verified software supplier. This does not prove that every old VistaGaming game or piece of platform technology has vanished from the internet, but we have found no current official VistaGaming B2B operation actively marketing or licensing the software in 2026.

VistaGaming software played an important role in the early history of online bingo and internet casino software. The name is closely associated with CyberBingo, which launched in 1996 and was promoted as the world’s first online bingo site, as well as later brands including CyberSpins, Vegas Crest, BingoSpirit and BingoFest.

At its peak, VistaGaming operated as much more than a conventional game studio. It combined proprietary bingo and casino software with its own gambling brands, white-label and B2B services, partnerships with other gaming networks and a wider affiliate operation.

That makes the company’s history more complicated than a modern software provider that simply develops slots and distributes them to unrelated casinos. It also explains why there is no single clean announcement saying that VistaGaming “closed”. The network appears to have been dismantled gradually, with companies, brands, domains and licences disappearing at different times.

What Was VistaGaming?

VistaGaming was an online gambling technology and operations business with particularly deep roots in bingo. Historical company material described VistaGaming as the trade name of The CB Malta Corporation Ltd, a Maltese-registered company that operated a network of online gaming brands.

The business developed its own proprietary technology for online bingo and casino games. It also operated gambling websites itself, meaning VistaGaming was simultaneously a software supplier, platform provider and operator of consumer-facing brands.

Its products covered several versions of online bingo, video slots, traditional table games, video poker and other casino content. Over time, the group also worked with outside poker, casino and sportsbook suppliers, allowing its sites to combine proprietary VistaGaming products with third-party software.

This hybrid model was an important part of the company’s development. VistaGaming had direct experience running its own casino and bingo sites before expanding its technology into B2B packages for other gaming businesses.

VistaGaming and the Birth of Online Bingo

The most important part of VistaGaming’s history is CyberBingo. The brand launched in 1996 and was promoted by VistaGaming as the world’s first online bingo website.

That claim was repeated in historical company announcements and remained central to the group’s marketing for many years. Regardless of how individual historians define the very first real-money internet bingo product, CyberBingo was unquestionably one of the earliest and longest-running names in online bingo.

Topboss Group has covered CyberBingo separately because of its significance to the US-facing online bingo market.

VistaGaming used that early experience to build a network of bingo rooms and related brands. Its proprietary bingo technology became the flagship part of the platform and was later combined with slots, table games and other forms of online gambling.

How the VistaGaming Network Expanded

VistaGaming did not remain a single-brand bingo business. Historical records show the group operating or supplying more than a dozen gaming websites and entering partnerships in several markets.

By 2009, a company announcement published during the PepeGames launch described the network as ranging from CyberBingo to branded UK bingo products associated with publishers such as OK! Magazine and the Daily Star, as well as Spanish-language ventures including JuegosLucky and PepeGames.

The group also partnered with external providers for poker and sportsbook products while continuing to supply its own bingo and casino technology. This allowed individual VistaGaming sites to offer a broader product without the company having to develop every vertical internally.

Former VistaGaming Casino and Bingo Brands

Several brands became strongly associated with VistaGaming over the years. These are useful for understanding the scale of the former network, but they should now be treated as historical rather than as a list of active VistaGaming casinos.

CyberBingo

CyberBingo was the flagship name and the brand most closely connected with VistaGaming’s claim to have pioneered internet bingo in 1996. The original CyberBingo domain no longer operates as the old bingo room and currently redirects visitors to a BetOnline promotion.

CyberSpins Casino

CyberSpins Casino was a later casino brand that combined VistaGaming’s proprietary software with games from outside studios. Its former domain is now parked for sale, and Topboss Group lists the casino as closed.

Vegas Crest Casino

Vegas Crest Casino expanded the network further into conventional online casino gaming. During its active years, it offered VistaGaming content alongside software from suppliers such as Rival, Betsoft and Saucify. Vegas Crest is now listed as closed by current casino databases; we have not found a first-party closure announcement from the operator.

BingoSpirit

BingoSpirit was another US-facing bingo brand connected with the network. Its former BingoSpirit.com domain is now being advertised for sale rather than operating as a bingo site.

BingoFest

BingoFest combined bingo with casino games and continued to appear online considerably later than some of the network’s other brands. However, BingoFest.com now also redirects to a domain-for-sale page.

The disappearance of these domains does not by itself tell us the exact date on which VistaGaming’s software operation ended. Taken together with the loss of the official provider site and the later Palau Holdings licence revocation, however, it shows that the former network is no longer operating in the way described in our original review.

VistaGaming Company and Ownership History

The corporate history is not straightforward, and we do not want to simplify it into one owner that supposedly controlled the business unchanged for 30 years.

A 2009 company announcement identified VistaGaming as the trade name of The CB Malta Corporation Ltd, a Maltese-registered company. Our older review also referred to The CB Corporation and Island Gate Ltd of Malta in connection with the group.

There was also a UK company named Vista Gaming Online Limited. UK Companies House records show that company number 05521245 was incorporated on 28 July 2005 and dissolved on 12 May 2021. Its recorded business activity was gambling and betting.

We cannot establish from first-party records that the dissolved UK company represented every part of the international VistaGaming operation, so its dissolution should not be treated as the single closure date for VistaGaming as a whole.

In later years, several of the casino and bingo brands were operated by Palau Holdings N.V. in Curaçao. That company also became associated with the VistaGaming Affiliates programme.

VistaGaming Licensing

Licensing needs to be separated into different periods because the corporate and regulatory structure changed over time.

Historic Malta Regulation

Historical VistaGaming announcements stated that The CB Malta Corporation Ltd was regulated by the former Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta. The old Topboss Group page therefore listed Malta as the provider’s licensing jurisdiction.

We have not found a current Malta Gaming Authority authorisation for VistaGaming that would justify presenting it as an active MGA-licensed software supplier in 2026.

Later Curaçao Operation

Several later VistaGaming-associated casino and bingo brands were operated by Palau Holdings N.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority licence register shows that Palau Holdings held B2C licence OGL/2024/197/0481.

That licence was revoked on 12 February 2026 at the request of the operator.

Important: Palau Holdings’ Curaçao licence was a B2C operator licence associated with later gambling sites in the network. We are not describing it as a B2B VistaGaming software licence. The distinction matters because operating a casino and supplying gaming software are different regulated activities.

What Happened to VistaGaming?

We have not found a first-party announcement stating that VistaGaming permanently shut down on one particular date. The evidence instead points to a gradual dismantling of the old network.

The following can now be verified:

  • VistaGaming.com no longer contains the provider’s corporate or software website and redirects to a domain-for-sale page.
  • Vista Gaming Online Limited in the UK was dissolved in May 2021.
  • The old VistaGaming Affiliates domain no longer presents the original casino and bingo affiliate programme and now operates as a general B2B iGaming news and guides site.
  • CyberBingo no longer operates as the historic bingo site and its domain redirects to another gambling promotion.
  • CyberSpins.com is parked for sale.
  • BingoSpirit.com is for sale.
  • BingoFest.com is parked for sale.
  • Vegas Crest is no longer verifiable as active and is listed as closed by current casino databases.
  • Palau Holdings N.V.’s Curaçao B2C licence was revoked at the operator’s request in February 2026.

That is strong evidence that the VistaGaming network described in our original 2021 review is no longer functioning as an active provider-and-operator group.

However, it would still be too absolute to claim that every line of VistaGaming code has ceased to exist or that no legacy installation remains anywhere. Proprietary software can continue running after the original supplier stops actively marketing it.

For that reason, Topboss Group’s current classification is legacy/historical provider – not independently verified as active.

VistaGaming Bingo Software

Bingo was the company’s flagship product and the area in which its proprietary platform was most distinctive.

The historical platform supported both 75-ball and 90-ball bingo. The old VistaGaming suite included more than 25 customised 75-ball themes and more than 10 customised 90-ball themes, together with variations such as Speed Bingo, Pack & Line Bingo, Bingo Poker and Team Bingo.

Other features promoted for the platform included side bets such as Hi/Low, Odds/Even and Hot/Cold, in-room mini games, single and multi-part games, multiple callers and more than 200 bingo patterns.

Multi-currency and multi-language support allowed the technology to be adapted for different markets, while themed rooms and chat features were designed to make the bingo product more social than a conventional casino game.

This community element was a major part of early online bingo, where chat hosts and regular players often became as important to retention as the game itself. Our article on online bingo and meeting other players looks more closely at that social side of the game.

VistaGaming Slots

Although bingo was the flagship, VistaGaming also developed its own slot catalogue. Historical product descriptions included traditional 3-reel games and 5-reel video slots, as well as single-line, five-line and multi-line formats.

The software used interactive bonus features and progressive jackpot elements. Compared with modern slots, the graphics and mechanics were relatively straightforward, but they formed an important part of the group’s move from bingo into broader casino gaming.

One of the VistaGaming slots covered individually by Topboss Group is Reel Wheels, a 5-reel game built around an elephant-in-a-car theme and an interactive bonus feature.

VistaGaming later supplemented its own slots with content from third-party studios. This meant the brands in the network could carry a much larger casino lobby than the proprietary catalogue alone.

Table Games and Video Poker

The historical casino suite extended beyond slots. Company material listed American and European Roulette, Blackjack, Blackjack Bare All, Casino War, Baccarat and Texas Hold’em among the table games available through the network.

Video poker included both single-hand and multi-hand formats. Variants promoted in the old suite included All American, Deuces Wild and Jacks or Better, with features such as Double-Up and a Turbo mode for faster card play.

These products helped VistaGaming turn its bingo-focused technology into a more complete casino platform rather than forcing operators to rely entirely on third-party games.

Arcade and Other Games

The old platform also included arcade-style games using 5×5 cascading layouts. Historical VistaGaming information promoted potential wins of up to 10,000x the coin value and in-session progressive jackpot packs.

We have retained these details as part of the provider’s historical catalogue. They should not be interpreted as a current list of games available from an active VistaGaming distribution platform.

Third-Party Software on VistaGaming Sites

One reason the old VistaGaming brands sometimes looked larger than the proprietary catalogue suggests is that the group integrated software from other suppliers.

At different points, VistaGaming-associated casinos carried games from companies such as Rival, Betsoft, Saucify and other external providers. In 2021, the group also added live dealer content from Fresh Deck Studios to several casino brands.

The company had previously partnered with outside networks for poker and sportsbook services as well. This allowed VistaGaming to operate broader gambling sites while keeping its own bingo technology at the centre of the network.

Mobile VistaGaming Software

VistaGaming adapted its software for smartphones and tablets as mobile gambling became more important. Its later casino and bingo sites were browser-based and could be accessed without the traditional downloadable casino client that was common in the early years of online gambling.

Mobile support applied both to proprietary VistaGaming products and to compatible games supplied by third-party studios.

Because there is no active official VistaGaming provider site in 2026, we cannot verify a current list of supported operating systems, browsers or technical specifications. Any mobile compatibility described here relates to the historical platform.

How Many VistaGaming Games Were There?

Our original review described a proprietary suite of more than 75 games. That figure made sense when VistaGaming was actively marketing its own platform, but it should now be treated as a historical catalogue count rather than a current total.

The 75+ figure covered a mixture of bingo products, slots, video poker, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Texas Hold’em and arcade-style games. It did not represent the full number of games visible at every VistaGaming-operated casino because those sites also integrated content from third-party developers.

There is no current official provider catalogue from which we can produce an accurate 2026 game count. We therefore retain the historical 75+ figure only as a record of what the proprietary suite once contained.

VistaGaming Bonuses, Payments and Player Accounts

VistaGaming itself was a software and platform business, so there was no universal VistaGaming welcome bonus, deposit method or withdrawal policy applying across every site using the technology.

Bonuses, banking, verification and cashout rules belonged to the individual casino or bingo operator. CyberBingo, BingoFest, Vegas Crest and other brands could therefore have different promotions, minimum deposits, withdrawal limits and payment methods even when they shared parts of the same underlying network.

The same distinction matters when researching an old VistaGaming brand today. A historical payment list from one casino should not be copied onto the provider page and presented as though it applied to the software company itself.

Player Support

During the active network years, customer support was provided through the individual VistaGaming-operated casino and bingo brands. The provider and affiliate operation also maintained business-facing contact channels for partners.

We have not found a current official VistaGaming player-support service in 2026. The old provider website is no longer operating, and the current VistaGaming Affiliates domain is now an industry-content website rather than the former affiliate and operator support hub.

Anyone with a historical dispute involving one of the old brands should use surviving account records, emails and payment documentation rather than assuming that a contact form on a newly repurposed domain belongs to the former gambling operator.

Restricted Countries

There is no current VistaGaming provider-level restricted-country list that we can verify.

Historically, availability differed between brands and between third-party software integrations. VistaGaming representatives also explained that the games and promotions offered by a casino could vary according to the player’s location and the licences attached to individual software products.

Because the old network is no longer functioning in a form we can verify, publishing a long 2026 restriction list would be misleading. Any country restrictions attached to an old VistaGaming casino should be treated as historical unless they can be confirmed from a currently operating site and licence.

RTP, RNG Testing and Game Certification

We have not found a current official VistaGaming certification portal or a recent public testing certificate covering the proprietary game suite.

That does not prove the games were untested during their active years. It simply means we cannot verify a current independent laboratory certificate or live RTP database from the provider in 2026.

For a modern active software supplier, Topboss Group would normally expect to find current regulatory information, game documentation or independent testing evidence. The absence of a functioning provider site makes that impossible to confirm for VistaGaming today.

What About the Old VistaGaming Awards?

Our previous page credited VistaGaming with a series of “Best Online Bingo Site” awards in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008.

We have not been able to locate sufficiently reliable original records identifying the awarding organisation and confirming each of those wins. Rather than repeat an old marketing claim as a verified fact, we are leaving those awards unconfirmed in this update.

Was VistaGaming Mainly a US-Facing Provider?

The United States was particularly important to the VistaGaming bingo network. CyberBingo, BingoFest, BingoSpirit and related brands developed a strong association with US-facing online bingo, while the company also pursued partnerships in European and Spanish-language markets.

Players interested in the broader history of this part of the market can see our USA online bingo sites guide.

The regulatory position of individual VistaGaming brands varied according to the period, country and operator. We therefore would not use the old network’s historic US availability as evidence that a current site using the VistaGaming name is legal or licensed for a particular jurisdiction today.

What Happened to VistaGaming Affiliates?

VistaGaming Affiliates was once the affiliate programme promoting the group’s casino and bingo brands. Historical advertising promoted brands including Vegas Crest, CyberBingo, BingoSpirit and BingoFest and offered revenue-share deals to affiliates.

The domain VistaGamingAffiliates.net still exists in 2026, but it no longer resembles the old affiliate programme. It now describes itself as a source of B2B iGaming intelligence, industry news and guides for operators, affiliates and suppliers.

We have found no current brand list, casino tracking programme or sign-up proposition on the site tying it to the old VistaGaming operator network.

The survival of the domain should therefore not be treated as proof that the original VistaGaming affiliate programme or software business is still operating.

Is VistaGaming Still Licensed?

We cannot verify a current VistaGaming software-provider licence in 2026.

The Malta authorisation referred to in historical material belongs to an earlier phase of the business, while the later Palau Holdings licence in Curaçao was a B2C operator licence and has now been revoked at the operator’s request.

This is why we have removed the simple “Malta Gaming Authority” licence line from the current provider information. Leaving it there would imply that today’s VistaGaming business can still be found on the MGA register under an active authorisation, which we have not been able to establish.

Can You Still Play VistaGaming Games?

Possibly in isolated legacy installations, but we cannot point to a current, officially supported VistaGaming casino network.

That distinction matters. An old game remaining accessible somewhere does not prove that the original developer is still active, maintaining the product or licensing new operators.

The more useful question in 2026 is whether there is a current VistaGaming corporate site. Active B2B distribution business, verifiable software licence and identifiable list of operator partners. We have not been able to verify those things.

Should Casinos Still List VistaGaming as a Current Provider?

If a casino genuinely still has working proprietary VistaGaming games in its lobby, describing those individual titles as VistaGaming software may be historically accurate.

However, we would be cautious about presenting VistaGaming alongside active suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Playtech or Play’n GO without explaining its current status. Those businesses actively market new products, maintain corporate websites and continue to announce distribution deals. We cannot verify equivalent activity from VistaGaming today.

For Topboss Group, the better approach is to retain this page for its historical value while clearly marking the provider as no longer independently verified as active.

Why We Are Keeping This VistaGaming Review

Deleting this page would remove a useful part of online gambling history. VistaGaming was connected with one of the earliest online bingo brands and spent many years operating proprietary gaming technology.

It also helps explain older casino reviews. Players may still encounter the VistaGaming name on archived game lists, old affiliate pages or reviews of casinos that used the platform years ago.

Keeping the page updated allows us to distinguish that genuine history from the much more important question of whether the provider can still be verified as active today.

Our VistaGaming Verdict

Topboss Group Status: Legacy / Historical Provider

VistaGaming was an important early online bingo and casino platform, but we can no longer independently verify it as an active standalone software supplier. Its official provider domain is for sale, the old affiliate site has changed purpose, several flagship brands have closed or lost their domains, and the later Palau Holdings operator licence in Curaçao was revoked at the operator’s request in February 2026.

VistaGaming deserves more than a one-line “closed” label. Its history stretches back to 1996, when CyberBingo helped establish online bingo as a real internet gambling product. The company went on to develop proprietary bingo, slots, table games and video poker while building a network of casino and bingo brands.

For many years, that combination of software development and direct operation made VistaGaming unusual. It had first-hand experience of the player-facing business while also supplying the technology behind its sites.

But the evidence in 2026 points in one direction. VistaGaming.com is no longer an operating provider website. CyberSpins, BingoFest and BingoSpirit have lost their old gambling sites, CyberBingo redirects elsewhere, Vegas Crest is no longer verifiable as active, and Palau Holdings’ Curaçao licence was revoked at the operator’s own request.

We therefore no longer describe VistaGaming as a growing or currently active casino software provider. Instead, we retain it as a historically significant legacy provider and will change that status if a verifiable VistaGaming company, licence or B2B operation re-emerges.
