Vegas Crest Casino Closed – What Happened?

Vegas Crest Casino launched in 2014 and operated for more than a decade before closing. It was part of a group with roots stretching back much further through the VistaGaming and Palau gaming network.

During its active years, Vegas Crest developed into a multi-provider casino offering slots, table games, video poker, jackpots, live dealer gaming and cryptocurrency payments. It was also known on Topboss Group for comparatively generous withdrawal limits and a broad selection of banking options.

Unfortunately, the casino is no longer available. We have therefore updated this review to make the closure clear while retaining the useful historical information that made Vegas Crest relevant to players during its operating years.

What Happened to Vegas Crest Casino?

Vegas Crest Casino has closed and should no longer be treated as an active online casino.

Several casino monitoring sites recorded the brand as closed around the end of 2025. We have not, however, found a first-party announcement from Palau Holdings giving an exact final operating date, so Topboss Group is not presenting a specific day as confirmed.

What we can verify independently is that Palau Holdings N.V.’s Curaçao B2C licence was subsequently revoked at the operator’s request on 12 February 2026.

That is particularly significant because the same operator was associated with several brands from the old VistaGaming network. Other sites from the group have also closed, disappeared or lost their former domains.

There is currently no evidence that Vegas Crest has simply rebranded under another name or transferred existing accounts to a clearly identified successor casino.

Who Owned Vegas Crest Casino?

Our original review described Vegas Crest as being founded by Palau Games, an operator connected with a much older online bingo and casino network.

In later years, the casino was operated by Palau Holdings N.V., a Curaçao company also associated with other brands from the former VistaGaming network.

The history can be confusing because VistaGaming was not simply a conventional third-party software developer. It historically developed proprietary casino and bingo software while also operating its own gambling websites.

Vegas Crest therefore grew out of a wider gaming business with experience dating back to the early days of commercial online bingo. You can read more about that history in our VistaGaming software review.

Vegas Crest Licensing

The later Vegas Crest operation was associated with Palau Holdings N.V. in Curaçao.

Under Curaçao’s newer gambling licensing framework, Palau Holdings N.V. received B2C licence OGL/2024/197/0481.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s licence register records that licence as revoked on 12 February 2026 at the request of the operator.

The casino was never a UK Gambling Commission-licensed operator, so historical references to Vegas Crest should not give British players the impression that it was regulated under UK gambling law.

The VistaGaming Connection

Vegas Crest was closely connected with VistaGaming, the historic casino and bingo software business behind several older gambling brands.

VistaGaming’s roots stretched back to 1996 through CyberBingo, one of the earliest commercial online bingo sites. Over time, the group expanded beyond bingo into slots, casino games and broader B2B gaming technology.

Vegas Crest used proprietary VistaGaming content alongside games from outside software developers. This allowed the casino to offer a much broader lobby than it could have provided using only the group’s own titles.

The decline of Vegas Crest eventually became part of the wider dismantling of this network. VistaGaming’s former corporate website is no longer operating as a software-provider site, while several connected casino and bingo brands have also disappeared.

Vegas Crest Sister Casinos

Vegas Crest was associated with several other gambling brands during the Palau/VistaGaming era.

CyberBingo

CyberBingo was the oldest and most historically significant brand in the wider network. It traced its history back to 1996 and was particularly well known among US online bingo players. CyberBingo has now also closed.

CyberSpins

CyberSpins Casino was another casino-focused brand associated with the network. It offered slots and other casino games and shared several similarities with Vegas Crest. CyberSpins is no longer operating either.

BingoFest and BingoSpirit

BingoFest and BingoSpirit were more heavily focused on bingo but also offered casino side games. Their former websites have subsequently disappeared or been offered for sale.

The loss of several brands from the same network reinforces the conclusion that Vegas Crest did not simply undergo a temporary maintenance period.

Vegas Crest Casino Games

Vegas Crest offered a broader selection than many casinos associated with older proprietary software networks.

Our historical review recorded slots, table games, video poker, progressive jackpots and speciality games. The casino later added more outside software suppliers and live casino content.

The exact games changed over time, so we are not presenting an old game total as though it remained fixed throughout the casino’s lifetime.

Vegas Crest combined VistaGaming software with games from several third-party studios.

Providers historically associated with the casino included:

Slots formed the largest part of the casino.

The lobby included classic slots, modern video slots, themed games and progressive jackpots. As additional providers were integrated, players gained access to games with Free Spins, Wilds, multipliers, expanding reels and more elaborate bonus features.

The presence of suppliers such as Rival, Betsoft, Endorphina, Booming Games and Habanero also gave the lobby a wider variety of visual styles and volatility levels than the original proprietary platform alone.

Because Vegas Crest has closed, none of these titles should now be promoted as currently playable through the casino.

Progressive Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpots were one of the attractions at Vegas Crest during its active years.

These games offered prize pools that could increase as qualifying bets were placed. Depending on the software supplier, a jackpot could be linked to one game or to a broader network of participating casinos.

As with the standard slots, any old jackpot amounts displayed in screenshots or archived reviews are no longer relevant.

Table Games

Vegas Crest also catered for players who preferred traditional casino games.

That historical strength should not be confused with the current situation. There is no longer an active Vegas Crest cashier through which players can make deposits or request new withdrawals.

Was Vegas Crest Available in the United States?

Vegas Crest had strong connections with a network that historically targeted US players, particularly through its bingo brands.

However, country availability changed over time and could also depend on the individual software supplier or payment service.

There is now no reason for a US player to attempt to register because Vegas Crest itself has closed.

Was Vegas Crest Available in Australia?

Vegas Crest also appeared historically in our Australian casino coverage.

Australia’s laws governing offshore online casinos changed significantly during the lifetime of the brand, and access to individual operators could change according to regulatory action and supplier restrictions.

Again, this is now purely historical because the Vegas Crest operation is no longer active.

Was Vegas Crest Safe?

When Vegas Crest was operating, it had identifiable ownership through Palau Holdings N.V. and later operated under a Curaçao licence.

It also had a long operating history compared with many short-lived offshore casinos and offered games from several recognised software suppliers.

Those facts form part of the historical assessment of the casino.

They do not mean the casino should still be considered a safe place to register today. The site is closed and its former operator’s Curaçao licence is no longer active.

Has Vegas Crest Reopened or Rebranded?

We have found no reliable evidence that Vegas Crest Casino has reopened under a new name.

There is also no confirmed account migration that would indicate players were transferred wholesale to another casino.

This matters because closed casino domains sometimes redirect elsewhere or are eventually purchased by unrelated businesses. A familiar domain name alone does not prove that the original operator has returned.

Until an identifiable operator, active licence and functioning casino can be verified, Topboss Group will continue to classify Vegas Crest as Closed.

Vegas Crest Casino Alternatives

Vegas Crest combined cryptocurrency payments with a multi-provider games lobby, so players looking for a replacement may prefer active casinos offering a similar mixture of slots, table games and crypto banking.

Why We Are Keeping the Vegas Crest Review

Vegas Crest operated for more than a decade and formed part of a much older online gambling network. Simply deleting the review would remove useful information for former players and anyone trying to establish what happened to the casino.

Old casino promotions can remain indexed by search engines long after an operator disappears. Players may therefore still encounter Vegas Crest bonus amounts, reviews or payment claims that make the casino look active.

Retaining and updating the page allows us to make the closure clear while preserving the casino’s history.

Our Final Vegas Crest Casino Verdict

Vegas Crest had a respectable run by online casino standards. From its launch in 2014, it grew from a casino closely connected with VistaGaming software into a broader multi-provider gambling site offering slots, jackpots, table games, live casino and cryptocurrency payments.

Its banking options and withdrawal capacity were strong enough during its active years for our original review to focus specifically on payments. The casino also benefited from Palau’s much longer history within online gambling.

None of that changes its current status. Vegas Crest is closed, its former promotions have expired, new registrations are no longer available and the later Palau Holdings Curaçao licence is no longer active.
