Penguin Splash is an older animal-themed video slot developed by Rabcat Gaming. Set against an icy Antarctic backdrop, the game combines a simple 5-reel layout with animated penguins, Wild and Scatter symbols, Free Spins and a traditional gamble feature.

Penguin Splash Gameplay
The game uses five reels and three rows with 25 paylines. The reels sit above a hole in the ice, with a group of penguins watching the action from the side of the screen.
Gameplay is straightforward and will feel familiar to anyone who has played traditional video slots. There are no complicated reel modifiers or modern bonus-buy features. Instead, the main attractions are the Wild symbol, Penguin Scatters, Free Spins and the optional gamble feature.
Symbols

Our Verdict on Penguin Splash
Penguin Splash is showing its age, but there is still something likeable about it. The animated penguins give the game some character and the Free Spins feature is simple enough to understand without having to work through complicated rules.
The downside is that newer slots generally offer more features, stronger graphics and often better RTP figures. Availability has also become limited, so finding the game may be more difficult than it was when we originally reviewed it.
For players who enjoy uncomplicated, older-style video slots, Penguin Splash remains an interesting Rabcat title and a good example of the type of games the studio was producing during this period.
