Kong advised its partners that:

• September 2026 is the final month in which affiliate commissions can be earned.
• No commissions or revenue share will accrue from activity taking place from 1 October 2026.
• Existing affiliate and tracking links will stop functioning from 1 October.
• Affiliates must remove Kong and merchant marketing material by 30 September.
• Remaining balances will be reconciled and paid according to the programme’s normal procedures and terms.

Kong’s affiliate terms specifically identify both DollyCasino and Wonaco as brands covered by the programme.

Once we can no longer track referrals or receive commission from players sent to Dolly, it no longer makes commercial sense for Topboss Group to actively promote the casino.

We have therefore suspended Dolly rather than continuing to display non-functional affiliate links or presenting it as one of our actively promoted casinos.

Is Dolly Casino Closing Down?

There is currently no indication that Dolly Casino itself is closing.

As of our September 2026 check, the website remains live and provides access to its casino, live casino and sportsbook.
