Blackjack Ballroom Online Casino
Blackjack Ballroom has been around since the early days of online gambling. It belongs to the Casino Rewards group, one of the longest-running casino networks on the internet. As the name suggests, it was built with card players in mind. Even so, today you’ll find slots, roulette, video poker and big progressive jackpots too.
We checked every fact in this review against Blackjack Ballroom’s own website and terms in October 2026. Below, we cover the welcome bonus, games, banking, licensing and the fine print worth knowing before you sign up.

Who Runs Blackjack Ballroom?
Blackjack Ballroom’s terms say it is managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. This is a change from our older review, which named a different company. The brand still sits within the Casino Rewards network, which says it has been running since 2000.
The casino holds a licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in Canada, licence number 00972. Its games are also tested by eCOGRA, an independent testing agency. In addition, eCOGRA acts as the casino’s dispute service if a complaint can’t be settled directly.
Kahnawake is a long-standing regulator, but it isn’t as strict as bodies like the UK Gambling Commission. Our guide to global gambling regulations explains how the main licences compare.
Blackjack Ballroom Welcome Bonus
New players can claim up to $500 spread across their first three deposits. Here’s how it breaks down:
| Deposit | Bonus | Wagering |
|---|---|---|
| 1st deposit | 100% match up to $150 | 200x the bonus |
| 2nd deposit | 50% match up to $200 | 200x the bonus |
| 3rd deposit | 25% match up to $150 | 30x the bonus |
You must make your first deposit within seven days of signing up. Each deposit counts on its own, so several small top-ups won’t add together for one bigger bonus.
Read the Wagering Terms Carefully
The 200x wagering on the first two bonuses is very high. Blackjack Ballroom’s own terms give an example. A $100 bonus means betting about $20,000 on slots before you can cash out.
Game choice matters too. Slots count 100% towards wagering. However, table games, live casino games and parlour games count just 2%. That makes the bonus a poor fit for blackjack players, despite the casino’s name.
If you mainly play blackjack, think twice before taking the first two bonuses. Withdrawing your cash balance cancels any bonus still in your account, so plan ahead.
Topboss Group tip
Other rules apply as well. Single bets can’t exceed 25% of the bonus value until wagering is complete. Using autoplay or the double-up feature to clear the bonus also breaks the terms. In addition, unused bonuses expire 60 days after registration. For a plain-English guide to bonus rules, read our article on accepting online casino bonuses.
Casino Rewards Loyalty Program
Every real-money player joins the Casino Rewards loyalty program automatically. You earn points as you play, and every 100 points are worth $1 in casino credits. Once you have 1,000 points, you can redeem them at any time.
There are six status levels. As you climb, you unlock bigger bonuses, priority support, birthday gifts and exclusive games. Top players also get personal VIP hosts. Your points work across the whole Casino Rewards network, so you can use them at sister casinos too.
Members also get entries into the Time of Your Life Sweepstakes. This is the group’s long-running prize draw for once-in-a-lifetime rewards.
Games at Blackjack Ballroom
The casino’s website now promotes more than 1,000 games, although one older page still mentions 550+. Either way, there’s plenty to choose from. The main categories are slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker and progressive jackpots.
Blackjack
Blackjack is the star of the show. You’ll find both single-hand and multi-hand tables, so you can play at your own pace. New to the game? Our online blackjack tips explain the basics and how to manage your bankroll.
Slots
Slots range from simple three-reel classics to five-reel video slots packed with free spins and bonus rounds. The library has its roots in Microgaming software, now owned by Games Global.
Progressive Jackpots
Jackpot hunters get the famous Mega Moolah family. The casino lists Mega Moolah, Immortal Romance Mega Moolah, Thunderstruck II Mega Moolah and Atlantean Treasures Mega Moolah. Other jackpots include Mega Vault Millionaire, Treasure Nile and Cash Splash.
These prizes grow each time someone plays, until one lucky player wins. As a result, the top Mega Moolah jackpots can reach life-changing sums.
Roulette and Video Poker
Roulette fans get several versions of the classic wheel game. Video poker is also well covered, with titles that reward skill as well as luck. Just remember that All Aces video poker doesn’t count towards bonus wagering at all.
Payout Rates
Blackjack Ballroom says its games pay back 97% on average. Casino Rewards also offers what it calls a Highest Win Rate Guarantee. This means it uses the highest-RTP version of each game its suppliers offer. Results can still vary a lot from session to session, of course.
Desktop and Mobile Play
Our older review said Blackjack Ballroom was desktop-only. That’s no longer the case. You can now play in your web browser. The terms also mention mobile and tablet access, including biometric login.
The classic downloadable desktop casino is still offered for players who prefer it. However, most players will find browser play quicker and easier.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The casino accepts major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, prepaid vouchers and popular e-wallets. Canadian players also get local options such as Interac and CAD EFT. Blackjack Ballroom doesn’t charge for deposits, but your bank or payment provider might.
Withdrawals take a little longer than at many newer sites. Here’s what to expect:
| Withdrawal method | Time after processing |
|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | 3 working days |
| E-wallets | 1 to 3 working days |
| CAD EFT / eCheck (Canada) | 2 to 3 working days |
| Direct bank transfer | 6 to 10 working days |
First, every withdrawal sits in pending for 48 hours. It’s then processed on the next business day. Your first withdrawal with a new method may need extra checks, which can add up to seven working days.
Fees and Limits to Know
- The minimum withdrawal is $50, or $300 by bank wire.
- Bank wires cost $50, rising to $100 for amounts over $3,000.
- Currency conversions carry a 2.5% fee.
- Players who win far more than they’ve deposited may be limited to $4,000 per week.
You’ll also need to verify your identity before you cash out. The casino can ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof that you own your payment method. Sending these early helps avoid delays.
Security and Fair Play
Blackjack Ballroom uses 128-bit encryption to protect your personal and payment details. Its random number generators are independently reviewed, and the results are published through eCOGRA.
If something goes wrong, you can contact support first. If the issue isn’t resolved, the casino refers disputes to eCOGRA. You can also complain directly to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Complaints need to be made within six months.
Customer Support and Responsible Gambling
Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can reach the team by live chat or email through the Casino Rewards help desk.
Responsible gambling tools include deposit limits and cooling-off periods from 24 hours to six weeks. You can also self-exclude for six months. The casino also refers players to problem gambling organisations if they need extra help.
Blackjack Ballroom Pros and Cons

- Licensed in Kahnawake and tested by eCOGRA
- Mega Moolah progressive jackpots
- Loyalty points work across sister casinos
- 24/7 support and solid responsible gambling tools
- Browser, mobile and desktop download options
Cons

- 48-hour pending period on withdrawals
- Fees on bank wire withdrawals
- Weekly withdrawal cap for some big winners
Our Verdict on Blackjack Ballroom
Blackjack Ballroom is an old favourite that has stood the test of time. It offers a trusted licence, independent testing and the Mega Moolah jackpots. Its loyalty program also spans a whole network of casinos. Mobile play has also arrived since we first reviewed it.
The welcome bonus is the weak spot. The 200x wagering on the first two deposits is far higher than most players will want to tackle. Because table games count so little, blackjack fans are better off playing with cash only.
If you like steady, familiar casinos with a long track record, Blackjack Ballroom is still worth a look. Just read the bonus terms before you opt in. You can also learn more about how Topboss Group reviews casinos.
