Jackie Jackpot Casino Has Closed

Status: Closed
Jackie Jackpot Casino is no longer operating. When we checked in October 2026, the website at jackiejackpot.com would not load. Industry casino listings record the closure as October 2024. We do not recommend trying to sign up, and we have removed it from our active casino lists.

Jackie Jackpot Casino was an online casino owned by Reward Group ApS, a company registered in Denmark. It ran on the casino platform of Aspire Global International Ltd, a Malta-based supplier. That platform also powered a number of other online casinos at the time.

The casino opened in 2018. It offered a mix of video slots, table games, live casino games and scratch cards. It also had a seven-level loyalty programme that was popular with regular players.

This page now explains what we know about the closure. It also covers what the casino offered and where to play instead. We updated it in October 2026.

What We Know About the Closure

The casino’s website no longer loads. Instead of a closure notice, the domain now returns an error. That usually means a casino has shut down completely rather than simply pausing new sign-ups.

Casino listing sites record that Jackie Jackpot closed in October 2024. We could not find an official statement from Reward Group ApS explaining why. As a result, we can’t say exactly why it closed. It may have been a business decision or a change to its platform deal.

If you had an account there, it is worth following the steps further down this page.

Changes at the Platform Provider

The company behind the casino platform has also changed a great deal since our original review. In late 2021, Aspire Global sold its own consumer casino brands to Esports Technologies. The following year, Aspire Global itself became part of NeoGames. Later still, NeoGames was bought by the slot maker Aristocrat.

Jackie Jackpot was a partner brand owned by Reward Group, not one of Aspire’s own casinos. So these deals didn’t directly close it. We have no evidence that they played a part in the closure.

If a casino website simply stops loading, treat it as closed. Don’t deposit through any copycat site that uses the same name.

What to Do If You Had an Account

Most players will have moved on long ago. However, if you still had money or a dispute with the casino, here are some practical steps:

  1. Check your emails. Look for any messages from the casino about the closure, withdrawals or account balances.
  2. Contact the regulator. If you played from the UK, the UK Gambling Commission can explain your options. Players elsewhere can contact the Malta Gaming Authority.
  3. Check your bank or card statements. If you were charged after the closure, your payment provider may be able to help.
  4. Watch out for scams. Ignore anyone offering to “recover” casino funds for an upfront fee.

Licences the Casino Held

While it was open, the casino was licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. In Great Britain, its games were run by AG Communications Limited, which held a UK Gambling Commission licence. This dual licensing meant players had a regulator to turn to if something went wrong.

These were two of the most respected licences in online gambling. Even so, a licence doesn’t stop a casino from closing for business reasons. It mainly ensures that players are treated fairly while the site operates.

What the Casino Used to Offer

For players who remember it, here is a quick look back at what made the site stand out.

Games

The game lobby covered most of what players expect from a modern online casino. There were plenty of video slots, plus classic table games such as blackjack and roulette. In addition, the live casino section streamed real dealers. There was also a small selection of scratch cards for quick play.

Loyalty Programme

At the time of our original review, many online casinos were cutting back on loyalty schemes. Jackie Jackpot went the other way. Its programme had seven levels, starting at New Member and rising to Prestige. Each new level brought bigger and better rewards.

This was one of the casino’s strongest features. It gave regular players a clear reason to keep coming back.

The Casino’s History

Here is a short timeline of the casino and its platform provider:

Year What happened
2018 Jackie Jackpot Casino opens on the Aspire Global platform
2021 Aspire Global sells its own consumer casino brands to Esports Technologies
2022 Aspire Global becomes part of NeoGames
2024 Jackie Jackpot closes (reported October 2024)
2026 The website no longer loads when we check

Alternatives to Jackie Jackpot

Did you enjoy Jackie Jackpot’s mix of slots, live games and loyalty rewards? These active casinos are good places to look instead.

All British Casino is a strong choice for UK players. Like Jackie Jackpot, it holds a UK Gambling Commission licence. It also offers a wide range of slots and live dealer games.

Jackpot City Casino is one of the longest-running names in online gambling. Its loyalty programme rewards regular play, which will appeal to former Jackie Jackpot members.

SpinHub Casino is a newer option with a large game library. It suits players who want plenty of variety and regular promotions.

Always check that a casino accepts players from your country before you sign up. Our guide on how to find the best online casino explains what to look for.

Other Casinos That Have Closed

Jackie Jackpot isn’t the only casino to shut its doors in recent years. For example, Kerching Casino has also closed. Meanwhile, La Fiesta Casino is no longer accepting new players.

Closures like these are one reason we keep our reviews up to date. A casino that was a good choice a few years ago may no longer be open. So it pays to check before you deposit.

How to Tell If a Casino Has Closed

Casinos don’t always announce when they shut down. Here are some common signs to watch for:

  • The website won’t load or shows a browser error, as with Jackie Jackpot.
  • The site redirects to a different casino brand without explanation.
  • Sign-ups are switched off, with a message saying new players aren’t accepted.
  • Support stops replying to emails or live chat.
  • The licence disappears from the regulator’s public register.

If you notice any of these, stop depositing straight away. Then try to withdraw your balance and keep copies of all your messages with the casino.

Beware of Copycat Sites

When a well-known casino closes, its name can sometimes be reused by unlicensed websites. These sites may copy the old logo or offer a “welcome back” bonus to tempt former players.

Before you deposit anywhere that looks like Jackie Jackpot, check its licence details at the bottom of the page. Then search for that licence on the regulator’s own website. If you can’t find it, don’t play there. Our page on casinos without licences explains the risks in more detail.

Choosing a Replacement Casino

Losing a favourite casino can be frustrating, especially if you had built up loyalty points. When you pick a new site, a few checks will help you avoid the same problem again.

What to check Why it matters
A trusted licence Gives you a regulator to complain to if something goes wrong
A long track record Established brands are less likely to close suddenly
Clear withdrawal rules Helps you get your money out quickly
A fair loyalty scheme Rewards regular play without hidden catches
Responsible gambling tools Lets you set deposit limits and take breaks

It is also wise not to leave large balances sitting in any casino account. Withdraw your winnings regularly, so less is at risk if a site ever closes.

Jackie Jackpot FAQs

Is Jackie Jackpot Casino still open?

No. The website no longer loads, and industry listings record the closure as October 2024.

Who owned the casino?

Was it licensed?

Yes. It held a Malta Gaming Authority licence. In Great Britain, its games were run by AG Communications Limited under a UK Gambling Commission licence.

Why did it close?

We could not find an official explanation. The closure may be linked to business or platform changes, but this has not been confirmed.
