Vegas Regal Casino: Blacklist Warning and Status Update
Reported closure, historical software and information for former players
Vegas Regal Casino: Blacklisted Warning
Topboss Group has blacklisted Vegas Regal Casino and does not recommend registering or depositing.
Closure reports exist, but the original website still displays promotional pages. We have not verified active casino services, reliable withdrawals or a current licence. Our warning remains in place.

Why This Warning Remains
Our previous review already identified Vegas Regal as blacklisted. It also contained positive claims about bonuses, quick withdrawals and customer service that no longer belong on a warning page.
We have removed those recommendations. Readers should not interpret the presence of a casino website, familiar software or an advertised bonus as evidence that an operator is trustworthy.
Our blacklisted casinos and warnings page provides further information about operators we do not recommend.
Has Vegas Regal Casino Closed?
Wizard of Odds identifies Vegas Regal Casino as closed. However, the original website remains accessible and displays signup, download and promotional links.
The website also contains old news, including a game announcement dated February 2011. Accessible pages alone do not establish that registration, deposits, games or withdrawals still work.
We could not verify an official closure announcement or a final operating date. We therefore retain the blacklist classification and describe the closure report separately.
Licensing Information Needs Verification
The website displays a legacy Antillephone licence reference and names SSC Entertainment N.V. That footer does not independently establish current licensing or authorisation to serve your country.
We have not verified a current licence for Vegas Regal. Do not rely on historical licence wording when deciding whether to send money or personal documents.
Historical Rival Gaming Software
Vegas Regal historically promoted a downloadable casino powered by Rival Gaming. Our earlier review described slots, table games and video poker.
These historical details do not confirm a current game catalogue. We have also removed the old 99.7% payback claim because it did not identify a game, paytable or supporting report.
A game’s theoretical return does not guarantee a player’s results or an operator’s ability to pay withdrawals. Software quality and casino conduct require separate checks.
Our Rival-powered casinos and slots guide provides background on the software. Check each operator independently before registering.
Information for Existing or Former Players
If you have an unresolved withdrawal or balance, keep your payment receipts, account records and correspondence. Record transaction references and the dates of withdrawal requests.
We have not verified that the support details displayed on the website still reach an active customer-service team. Use independently confirmed contact channels when pursuing a complaint.
Do not send another deposit to unlock an existing balance. Never share passwords, banking security codes or wallet recovery phrases with someone claiming to recover your money.
Alternative Casino Reviews
Instead of Vegas Regal, you can research the following operators through our reviews. Check your country’s eligibility, current licence details, payment conditions and bonus restrictions before choosing one.
These reviews are starting points for comparison. Availability and promotional terms can change, and no casino is suitable for every location.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Topboss Group recommend Vegas Regal?
No. Vegas Regal remains blacklisted, and we do not promote its registration links or bonuses.
Why does its website still display bonuses?
Promotional pages can remain online after casino activity stops. Their presence does not verify that an offer is available or that withdrawals work.
Is Vegas Regal definitely closed?
A secondary source reports closure, but we could not verify an official announcement. The original website remains accessible, so we describe its operating status as unverified.
Does Rival software make a casino trustworthy?
No. A software supplier’s identity does not establish an operator’s licensing, customer service or payment reliability.
